Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Tokyo Tatemono Real Estate Sales Co Ltd from January 2017 to March 2019. Previously, he served as a Director of the company and the Division Director of the International Business Division at the company from March 2016 to March 2019. Earlier, he served as the Senior Managing Executive Officer, and Division Director of Real Estate Solution Service Division at the company from July 2015 to January 2017. Prior to this, he served as the President and the Chief Executive Officer of Tokyo Tatemono Real Estate Sales Co Ltd from March 2013 to July 2015. Previously, he served as the Deputy President, Executive Officer, and Director of the Branches Department of Mizuho Bank Ltd. Earlier, he served as the Managing Executive Officer and Head of Sales of Mizuho Corporate Bank Ltd. Previously, he served as the Executive Officer of Mizuho Corporate Bank Ltd. He joined The Fuji Bank Ltd in 1979.

Mr. Hitoshi Nomura has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and the President of the company since January 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Managing Executive Officer, and the Director of Personnel Department, Corporate Planning Department, and General Affairs Department at the company from March 2015 to January 2017. Previously, he served as the Managing Executive Officer of the company from March 2013 to March 2015. Earlier, he served as the Managing Director and Division Director of Commercial Properties Division at the company. Prior to this, he served as the Director and General Manager of Property Planning Department at the company from March 2008 to March 2011. Previously, he served as the General Manager of Property Management Department from March 2005 to March 2008. He joined the company in April 1981.

Mr. Hideshi Akita has been a Director of the company since March 2019. He also serves as the Managing Executive Officer and Division Director of the Residential Development Division at the company since January 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Division Director of the Residential Development Division at the company from January 2017 to January 2019. Previously, he served as the Managing Officer, General Manager of the Personnel Department, and the General Manager of the Residential Management Department at the company. He joined the company in April 1987.
