TISCO Financial Group PCL: Executives

Mr. Sakchai Peechapat has been the Chief Executive Officer of the group since April 2021 and is its Director since April 2019. He is also a Director of TISCO Bank Public Company Limited since 2017. Prior to this, he was the Chief Operating Officer from 2019 to 2021 and Vice President of the group. Previously, he served as a Director and President of TISCO Bank Public Company Limited. He also served as the Chairman of the Board and Director of HTC Leasing Company Limited from 2015 to 2017 and of Hi-Way Company Limited from 2009 to 2017.

Mr. Metha Pingsuthiwong has been the Chief Operating Officer, President and Director of the group since April 2021 and President of TISCO Bank PCL since April 2021. He also serves as a Director of Dole Thailand Company Limited since 2021. Prior to this, he served in the group as a Senior Executive Vice President from February 2017 to March 2021 and First Executive Vice President from January 2010 to January 2017. He also served as a Director from 2017 to 2019 and Chairman from 2019 to 2021 of TISCO Asset Management Company Limited.

Mr. Pliu Mangkornkanok has been the Chairman of the group since 2010. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the group from 2009 to 2010. Previously, Mr. Mangkornkanok also served as the Chairman and Vice President of TISCO Bank. He serves as a Director of Chuchawal-Royal Haskoning Limited and Design 103 International Limited. Mr. Mangkornkanok also served as a Director of Rama Textile Industry Company Limited and Solido Company Limited.

Mr. Dung Ba Le has been the Vice Chairman of the group since 2021. Previously, he was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer & Chief Risk Officer from 2015-2019 at Vietnam Technological and Commercial Join-stock Bank. He also served as a Board Member of Techcombank Securities from 2018 to 2019 and Chairman of the Board of Techcombank Asset Management Company from 2015 to 2018.

Ms. Angkarat Priebjrivat has been a Director of the group since 2008 and a Director of PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited since 2019. Prior to this, she served as a Director of TISCO Bank Public Company Limited from 2013 to 2021. Previously she was a Director of COL Public Company Limited from 2008 to 2021.
