Mr. Junichiro Ida has been the Vice Chairman at Tingyi since 2013. He has also been an Executive Director at the group since 2002. In 1985, Mr. Ida joined Fuji Bank and worked there for six years. Currently, he also serves as the President at Sanyo Food, where he joined in 1992.

Mr. Richard Chen has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief R&D Officer in the Group from 2013 to 2020. Prior to that, Richard has 25 years of experience in the global R&D division at Procter & Gamble. Mr. Chen worked for leading Consumer Product Innovation and R&D Capability Building.

Mr. Kup Wei Liu is the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2006. He served as the Manager, Assistant Vice President, and Vice President at the Finance and Accounting Department of the company in 2006. Prior to this, he served as the Assistant Manager of Finance Department, General Manager’s Office at Taiwan Mobile Co., Ltd.

Mr. Walt Wu has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Chief of Staff of the Chief Executive Officer’s office at the company in 2014. He served as the Senior Assistant Vice President and Senior Vice President, Beverages Business of the company in 2006. Previously, he served as the Assistant Manager, Human Resources at Twinhead International, and as a Vice President, Human Resources at The Home World Group. Mr. Wu has 24 years of experience in human resources management, with expertise in strategic human resource management and human development.
