Mr. Afzal Abdul Rahim has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2008. He also serves as a Director at various organizations including Symphony Communication Public Co Ltd, Megawisra Investments Ltd, CIMB Group Holdings Bhd, Pulau Kapas Ventures Sdn Bhd, CMC Telecommunication Infrastructure Corporation, Megawisra Sdn Bhd, and Global Transit International Sdn Bhd. Previously, he worked with Group Lotus PLC. He started his career with Group Lotus PLC.

Mr. Shahnaz Farouque Jammal Ahmad has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. He also serves as a Director of Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd and TNG Digital Sdn Bhd. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Group Wholesale Banking, and Chief Financial Officer at CIMB Group. He also held various positions at PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. Earlier, he worked with Goldman Sachs, Bankers Trust and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and ABN AMRO Bank.

Ms. Elakumari Kantilal has been the Chairman of the company since 2001. She also serves as the Director of the company, and Director of Scicom (MSC) Berhad and Danajamin Nasional Bhd. Previously, she served as the Director in Investment Division from 2004 to 2017, and Senior Manager from 1994 to 2004 at Khazanah Nasional Berhad. She also worked as a Director of Opus International Consultants Limited, Dagang NeXchange Berhad and UEM Edgenta Berhad. She started her career in the government sector in 1981.
