Ms. Meher Pudumjee has been the Chairman of Thermax since October 2004. She joined the company in August 1990 as a trainee engineer, and served as the Director and Vice Chairperson. Previously, Ms. Pudumjee served as the Chairperson of Pune Zonal Council of the Confederation of Indian Industry, and member of CII's Young Indians; and Chairperson of the National Employability initiative.

Mr. Ashish Bhandari has been the chief Executive Officer, Executive director and Managing Director of the company since April 2020. Prior to this, He worked with the Vice President – India and South Asia region at Baker Hughes formerly a GE Company. Previously, Mr. Bhandari has worked with GE Enterprise Solutions, GE Energy, and GE Oil and Gas. he joined General Electric in 2005.

Mr. Rajendran Arunachalam has been the Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Thermax since June 2019. He joined the company in March 2019, as the EVP of Finance and member of the Executive Council of Thermax Group. Previously, Mr. Arunachalam worked with Tata AutoComp Systems from 2008 to 2013, and Gabriel India Ltd, as the CFO.
