Mr. James L. Dolan has been the Chairman of the company since 2015. He has been on the board since 2009. He also serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp since 2020, and Chairman of AMC Networks Inc. Mr. Dolan was the Chief Executive Officer of Cablevision from 1995 to 2016; President of Cablevision from 1998 to 2014; Chief Executive Officer of Rainbow Media Holdings, Inc from 1992 to 1995; and Vice President of Cablevision from 1987 to 1992; and Director of Cablevision from 1991 to 2016.

Ms. Victoria M. Mink has been the Treasurer of the company since April 2020 and its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since January 2019. Prior to this, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Madison Square Garden Company. She served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Altice USA. Previously, she served in various finance and accounting positions at Cablevision. Earlier, she served as Audit Manager at KPMG LLP.

Mr. David Hopkinson has been the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Team Business Operations of the company. Previously, he served as the Global Head of Partnerships at Real Madrid Club de Futbol, and Chief Commercial Officer at Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment.
