Mr. Mark T. Smucker has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2016 and Chairman of the company since August 2022. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2016 to 2022. He has also been a Director of the company since 2009. Mr. Smucker held various several positions in the company, including the President and President of Consumer and Natural Foods from 2015 to 2016, the President of US Retail Coffee from 2011 to 2015, and the President of Special Markets from 2008 to 2011. He also served as the Vice President of International from 2007 to 2008 and the Vice President of International and Managing Director of Canada from 2006 to 2007.

Mr. Tucker H. Marshall has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, he held various positions in the company including Senior Vice President, Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at the company. He also worked in investment banking and private equity at Bank of America and The Reserve Group.

Mr. John P. Brase has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since April 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and General Manager of North American Family Care business at The Procter & Gamble Company from 2016 to 2020.

Ms. Gail Hollander has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, she served as the President, Group Client Lead for Publicis Groupe. She also served as the Board Member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio.

Ms. Jeannette L. Knudsen has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President, Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the company in 2016.
