Ms. Vickki McFadden has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. She serves as a member Chief Executive Women and a Director of Australian Institute of company. Prior to this, she served as the President of the Takeovers Panel. Ms. McFadden served as the Chairman of Skilled Group Limited and a Director of Myer Family Investments Pty Limited and Leighton Holdings Limited. Earlier, she was a Member of the Executive Council and Advisory Board of the UNSW Business School.

Mr. Russell Proutt has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the company since March 2024. Prior to this he served as Chief Financial Officer at Charter Hall.

Mr. Mark Fookes has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2015. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Investment Management of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Retail (Asia Pacific) at Lendlease and General Manager of Retail Property Management and Leasing at Lendlease.

Ms. Jill Rezsdovics is the Chief People Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as Chief People and Culture Officer with OFX. Ms. Rezsdovics also held senior HR roles at the Commonwealth Bank. Earlier, she held various roles in Sydney, Hong Kong and New York including Regional Asia Pacific HR Leadership positions and Chief Operating Officer for Morgan Stanley Australia.

Ms. Jacqui O'dea serves as the Chief Risk Officer of the company. Previously, she served as the Deputy General Counsel and Secretary for the GPT Wholesale Funds. Ms. O’dea also served as the Senior Legal Counsel at Lendlease and a Lawyer with Ashurst.
