Mr. Stephen A Schwarzman has been the Chairman since 2007, Chief Executive Officer, and Co-Founder of the company. He also serves as a Director of The Asia Society and New York-Presbyterian Hospital. He was a Co-Chairman of the Partnership for New York City.

Mr. Jonathan D Gray has been the President, Chief Operating Officer, and a Director of the company since 2012. He serves as the Chairman of Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. He served as a Director of Invitation Homes Inc, Nevada Property 1 LLC, Brixmor Property Group Inc. and La Quinta Holdings Inc. He joined Blackstone in 1992.

Mr. Michael S Chae serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Blackstone. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Private Equity for Asia-Pacific at the company and also served in the Private Equity Investments in the various sectors, and the Investment process for the Tactical Opportunities.

Mr. John G. Finley is the Chief Legal Officer of the company. He also served as a Partner with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Co-Head of Global Mergers & Acquisitions.

Mr. Vik Sawhney is the Chief Administrative Officer and Global Head of Institutional Client Solutions. He started Blackstone Capital Markets and also served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Private Equity group. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Sawhney served as a Managing Director in the Financial Sponsors Group at Deutsche Bank and was an Associate at the Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
