Ms. Nompumelelo Thembekile Madisa has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since October 2020. She also serves as the member of the UN Global Compact SA board and the Chairman of Adcock Ingram. She also serves as the Director of numerous Bidvest subsidiaries. Prior to this, she served in various leadership positions within the company including General Manager of Business Development, Divisional Director of Business Development, Director of Corporate Affairs, and Director of Sales and Marketing. Previously, she served as the Chief Director of Gauteng provincial government.

Mr. Mark Steyn has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since March 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Bidvest Freight. Mr. Mark Steyn also serves as Director of the Adcock Ingram since April 2023.

Mr. Bonang Francis Mohale has been the Chairman of the company since July 2019. Prior to this, he served in various leadership positions including as the Chief Executive Officer of Business Leadership South Africa, Chairman of Shell South Africa Pty Ltd, Chief Executive Officer of Drake & Scull FM SA Pty Ltd, Chief Executive of Sanlam Limited and Executive Vice President of SAA. Previously, he served as the Managing Director of Otis (Pty) Ltd.
