Mr. David LI Kwok-po has been the Chairman of the bank since 1997. He also serves as a Director of Guangdong Investment Limited, The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited, The Hong Kong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited, PCCW Limited, San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Limited, SCMP Group Limited and Vitasoy International Holdings Limited. Mr. David LI Kwok-po is also serving as a Director at Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Limited, CaixaBank, S.A, AFFIN Holdings Berhad and China Overseas Land & Investment Limited. Previously, he held various senior positions in the bank including Deputy Chairman and Director.

Mr. Adrian David LI Man-kiu has been the Executive Director and Co Chief Executive Officer of the bank since 2014 and 2019 respectively. He joined the bank as General Manager and Head of Corporate Banking Division in 2000. He was appointed as Deputy Chief Executive in April 2009. He serves as Chairman or Member on the boards of various Bank Group members. He also serves as an Independent Non-executive Director of two listed companies under the Sino Group and Tsim Sha Tsui Properties Limited, China State Construction International Holdings Limited and COSCO SHIPPING Ports Limited and a Non-executive Director of The Berkeley Group Holdings plc. He also serves as a Member of Mastercard’s Asia Pacific Advisory Board.

Mr. Brian David LI Man-bun has been the Co-Chief Executive Officer and a Director if the bank since 2019 and 2014, respectively. He joined the bank in 2002. He served as a General Manager and Head of Wealth Management Division of the Bank from July 2004 to March 2009. He was also appointed as Deputy Chief Executive in April 2009 and the Co-Chief Executive in July 2019. Currently, he serves as an Independent Non-executive Director of Shenzhen Investment Holdings Bay Area Development Company Limited, Towngas China Company Limited, and China Overseas Land & Investment Limited.

Mr. TONG Hon-shing has been the Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the bank since 2009. He also serves as a Director in various bank groups. Prior to this, he served as the bank’s General Manager and Head of Personal Banking Division from 2001 to 2009. Previously, he served as Assistant General Manager of the bank.

Ms. Ivy Chan Shuk-pui has been the Chief Risk Officer, General Manager and Head of Risk Management Division of the company since 2020. Prior to this role, she held roles at Hong Kong and Greater China, including Hang Seng Bank and HSBC Taiwan.
