Textainer Group Holdings Ltd (Textainer), a subsidiary Trencor Ltd, is engaged in leasing standard dry freight, dry freight specials, tanks and refrigerated intermodal containers to international shipping lines. The company sells the containers and also purchases, resells, leases, marine cargo containers from container traders, shipping line customers, and other sellers of containers. The company’s total fleet of container’s are owned by company and container investors. It leases containers under four types; term lease, master lease, finance lease and spot lease. The company has its operations in the Americas, the Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Asia. Textainer is headquartered in Hamilton, Bermuda.
