Mr. Paolo Dal Pino serves as Chief Executive Officer of the company. He also serves as member of the board of SACE SpA. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Prometeon Tyre Group. Mr. Paolo served as President of Pirelli America Latina for five years. He has more than 25 years' experience in the TMT industry.

Mr. Eyal Shefer has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2020. He also served as the Vice President of Finance of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Shefer Magic Software Enterprises, DSP Group and Check Point Software.

Mr. Itzik Molcho serves as Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served at Something3D LTD as Chairman. Mr. Molcho also served at Metco Ltd and AROMOR Flavors & Fragrances Ltd as Chief Executive Officer. Earlier he also served at Alony Ltd, Mvt Ltd and Elgo Irrigation Ltd.

Ms. Yamit Sela serves as the Chief Information Officer of the company. Previously, she served as the Director, Global IT Applications and as the Vice President of global IT Business Applications at Telit Communications PLC. Ms. Sela held various IT Management positions at Jafora-Tabori Ltd and Eden Springs.

Mr. Manish Watwani serves as the Chief Marketing and Product Officer of the company. He has over 20 years in the semiconductor and wireless infrastructure industry.
