Mr. Howard D. Elias has been the Chairman of the company since April 2018. He also serves as the Chief Customer Officer and President, Services and Digital, of Dell Technologies. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of EMC Global Enterprise Services from 2013 to 2016; President and Chief Operating Officer of EMC Information Infrastructure and Cloud Services from September 2009 to January 2013; and Head of development of EMC Corporation’s integration plans from October 2015 to September 2016. Prior to this, he served as the President of EMC Global Services and Resource Management Software Group; Executive Vice President of EMC Corporation from September 2007 to September 2009; and an Executive Vice President of Global Marketing and Corporate Development at EMC Corporation from October 2003 to September 2007.

Mr. David T. Lougee has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since June 2017. Previously, he served as the President of TEGNA Media from July 2007 to May 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Lougee served as an Executive Vice President of Media Operations for Belo Corp from 2005 to 2007; and Chairman of the National Association of Broadcasters and Television Bureau of Advertising. He also serves as the Chairman of the NBC Affiliates, and Director of Broadcast Music Inc.

Ms. Julie Heskett is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company. She was Senior Vice President for financial planning and business operations and head of investor relations. Prior to this, she served as Senior Vice President of finance and technology of the company from 2013 to 2017. Previously, she worked at KSDK, Tegna’s NBC affiliate in St. Louis and later joined the station in April of 1998 as accounting manager and was promoted to business manager in 2000, and vice president of finance at Gannett in 2007.

Mr. W. Edmond Busby has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2015. Previously, he served as an Independent Advisor and as a Partner in The Boston Consulting Group’s Media Practice. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Commerce Officer for Softcard.

Mr. Kurt Rao has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Chief Information and Technology Officer for Time Inc. Prior to this, he served as the Corporate Chief Information Officer at Time Warner Inc.
