Ms. Sophia Chwen-Jy Chiu has been the Chairman of the company since 2015. Previously, she served as the Vice President in charge of business at the Taipei branch of ABN AMRO. She also worked in Asia Pacific Telecom Co., Ltd.

Mr. Kao Fei-yuan serves as the President of the company. He joined TECO's motor production unit in 1994. Previously, he served as the Acting Assistant Vice President, in charge of the green-energy electric machinery production and research division, and President at Wuxi TECO Precision Machinery Co., Ltd in July 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Fei-yuan served as the Manager of large-motor plant at Wuxi TECO Electric and Machinery in January 2012.

Mr. Peng Chi-tseng serves as the President of the company. Previously, he served as the Assistant Vice President of Tivoli SW (greater China region) at IBM and Vice President and General Superintendent for public business group for greater China at Microsoft (China).

Mr. Chang Sung-pin serves as the President of the company. Previously, he served as the Director of the engineering project department, construction and engineering business division, Special Assistant to the power business division, and Assistant Vice President, in charge of the power business division in 2011. He joined the company in 2002.

Mr. Thomas Fann has been the President of Ford Lio Ho Motor Co., Ltd. of the company since 2022. He served as the President and Executive Committee Chairman at Jiangling Motors Co., Ltd., an affiliate of Ford Motor in mainland China.
