Mr. Shigenao Ishiguro has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Director, and President of the company from 2016 to 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Magnetic Heads and Sensors Business, Senior Vice President, Corporate Officer, General Manager of Data Storage and Thin Film Technology Components Business Group of the company. Mr. Ishiguro also served as the Leader of Japan Operation of HDD Head Business Division of Data Storage & Thin Film Technology Components Business Group and the Deputy General Manager of Data Storage and Thin Film Technology Components Business Group of the company. He joined the company in 1982.

Mr. Noboru Saito has been the Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. He also serves as the General Manager of Humidifier Countermeasures HQ of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sensor Systems Business Company from 2017 to 2022 and Director from 2015 to 2017 of the company. Previously, he served as the General Manager of the Electronic Components Sales & Marketing Group and General Manager of the Corporate Strategy HQ of the company. Mr. Saito also worked as the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Manager of Electronic Components Sales & Marketing Group of the company. He served as the Deputy General Manager of the Electronic Components Sales & Marketing Group of TDK-EPC Corporation. Earlier, he worked as the General Manager of Europe Sales Division of Electronic Components Sales and Marketing Group of the company and President of TDK Electronics Europe GmbH. Mr. Saito joined the company in 1989.
