Mr. Charles Dunstone is the Chairman of the company since January 2010. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of The Carphone Warehouse Group Plc.

Ms. Tristia Harrison is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2014. Previously, she served as the Managing Director of Consumer business of the company. Ms. Harrison held various senior management and executive positions in TalkTalk Group and Carphone Warehouse Group Plc. She also serves as a Director of Next Plc, an Honorary Trustee at the national charity Ambitious about Autism, and the Trustee Chair of homelessness charity, Crisis.

Mr Phil Eayres has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served in various positions at the company. Earlier, he held various roles for supermarket group Pick n Pay in South Africa. He began his career in finance at Shell, Pepsico and Diageo before joining Bain & Company in 1999.

Mr. Phil Haslam is the Chief Technology Officer of the company. Prior to this, he worked with Opal Telecom

Mr. Daniel Kasmir is the Chief People and Procurement Officer of the company. Previously, he worked in the HR division of a number of organisations including Shell, Manpower, FNZ, Xchanging and BDO. He also worked in Private Equity as both an adviser and within portfolio companies for General Atlantic, JC Flowers and Bain Capital.
