Taiwan Cement Corp: Executives

Mr. An Ping Chang has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. He also serves at TCC Group; NHOA S.A.; L`Hotel de Chine Group; Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation; and Chinese National Association of Industry and Commerce, Taiwan (CNAIC). Prior to this, Mr. Chang served at Chia Hsin Cement Corp; International CSRC Investment Holdings Co Ltd; and Taiwan Prosperity Chemical Corp.

Mr. Jong-Peir Li has been the Director and the President of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Director of TransGlobe Life Insurance Inc; Chief Financial Officer of Citibank in Taiwan; Director-General of Capital Markets at CTBC Bank; and Chief Executive Officer and President of HSBC Taiwan. Currently, he serves as a Director of NHOA S.A.; and Chairman of TCC Information Systems Corporation.

Mr. Kung Yi Koo has been the Director and Assistant Vice President of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as Chairman of International CSRC Investment Holdings Co., Ltd and Linyuan Advanced Materials Technology Co., Ltd.

Mr. Guo Hong Yeh has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Assistant Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as Director of International CSRC Investment Holdings Co., Ltd and TCC Green Energy Corporation.
