Mr. Koichi Tadano is the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, Director and in charge of European Operations of the company since 2020. Mr. Tadano also served as the Director, President, Chief Executive Officer from 2003 to 2020; Senior Executive Officer, Director from 2002 to 2003; Director and Executive Officer from 2001 to 2002; Director and Executive Officer from 1999 to 2001; President of Fauh GmbH (currently Tadano Faun GmbH), Director from 1997 to 1999. He joined the company in 1988.

Mr. Toshiaki Ujiie has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President, and in charge of Global Business Promotion Division, Planning and Administration Division, Customer Support Division, International Sales Division, Japan Sales Division, Sales Administration Division, and Pan-American Operations since 2020; Director and Senior Executive Officer from 2019 to 2020. He joined Tadano in April 2019 as Adviser to Planning and Administration Division. Prior to Tadano, he served as Managing Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer- Transportation and Industrial Machinery Group at Marubeni Corporation from 2018 to 2019; Managing Executive Officer of Marubeni Corporation from 2017 to 2018; and Executive Officer from 2014 to 2017.
