Mr. Richard Hume serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and the Director of Tech Data Corp from 2018 to 2021. Prior to this, Mr. Hume served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Tech Data Corp from 2016 to 2018. He also worked for International Business Machines Corporation for more than 30 years.

Ms. Ann Vezina has been the Chairwoman of the company since 2023. Previously, she served as the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources for Xerox Business Services, LLC and from 2013 to 2015. Prior to this, she served as the Corporate Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for Xerox Business Services, LLC from 2010 to 2013. She also served as the Executive Vice President and Group President of Commercial Solutions for Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. Earlier, she served as a Director of Concentrix Corporation.

Mr. Patrick Zammit serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the President of Europe in Tech Data in 2017. Prior to this, he served more than 20 years at Avnet, Inc. He also served as the Global President of Avnet Technology Solutions from 2015 to 2017. Earlier, she served as the President of Avnet Electronics Marketing EMEA from 2006 to 2015.

Mr. John Henry serves as the Chief Accounting Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the President of Corporate Accounting at Tech Data in 2015 and has served as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer in 2020 at Tech Data. Earlier, he served as an accountant for DirecTV and AECOM.

Mr. Sergio Farache serves as the Chief Strategy Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President, Strategy, and NextGen (Cloud, Security, Data & IoT) of Tech Data Corp. Prior to this, Mr. Farache served as the Senior Vice President for strategy, and global cloud solutions at Tech Data Corp.
