Mr. Nelson C. Chan has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. He also serves as the Director of the company since 2007. Prior to this, he served as the member of the board of directors and Chair of the board of directors at Outerwall from June 2013 to September 2016. He also worked as the Chief Executive Officer at Magellan Corporation from 2006 to 2008. Previously, he served various positions including the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Consumer Business at SanDisk Corp from 1992 to 2006. Mr. Chan held engineering and marketing positions at Chips and Technologies, Delco Electronics and Signetics from 1983 to 1992.

Mr. Michael E. Hurlston has been the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director at Finisar Corp from 2018 to 2019. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Wireless Communications, Connectivity Division and Mobile Connectivity Products at Broadcom Limited from 2001 to 2017. He also held various senior positions at Avasem, Oren Semiconductor Inc, Integrated Circuit Systems, Exar, Micro Power Systems and IC Works from 1991 to 2001. Presently, Mr. Hurlston serves as the member of the Board of Directors of Flex Ltd.

Mr. Satish Ganesan has been the Chief Strategy Officer, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Automotive/VR of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Product Officer at Keyssa. He also held various executive positions at Broadcom and Tilera. Earlier, Mr. Ganesan worked with Xilinx.

Mr. Michael Brooker is the Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Information Technology Operations at Atmel Corp. Previously, he served as the President of his own technology consulting company. Mr. Brooker also served as the Vice President of Strategic Projects at Idea Integration.

Ms. Lori Stahl has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Chief People Officer at Vocera Communications. She also held several HR leadership positions at Nanosolar, Cisco Systems, Extreme Networks and WebEx.
