Mr. Markus Dennler has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. He also serves as Honorary Councillor of British Swiss Chamber of Commerce since 2016; Chairman of Allianz Suisse Lebensversicherungs-Gesellschaft and Allianz Suisse Versicherungs-Gesellschaft AG since 2012. Previously, he served as Member of the Board, Jelmoli (2007–2010); Chairman, Implenia (2006–2015); Member of the Board, Petroplus (2006–2013), Chairman, Converium (2005–2007) and Chairman, Batigroup (2005–2006).

Mr. Marc Burki has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 1999. He is also the founding partner of the company. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Swissquote Bank Ltd. Prior to this, Mr. Burki served as Co-Managing Director at Marvel Communications Ltd from 1990 to 2002.

Mr. Yvan Cardenas has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. He also serves as the Chief Financial officer of Swissquote Bank Ltd. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Finance, Reporting and Tax from 2014 to 2018 and as the Head of Accounting and Reporting from 2011 to 2013. Previously, Mr. Cardenas served as Senior Officer at the company from 2010 to 2011. Earlier, he served as a Manager in Audit and Financial Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2003 to 2010.

Mr. Nestor Verrier has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as a General Manager of Swissquote.

Mr. Alexandru Craciun has been the Chief Technology Officer of Swissquote Group Holding Ltd and Swissquote Bank Ltd since 2021. Prior to this, he served as a Head of Information Platform and Web Architecture at Swissquote Bank Ltd from 2010 to 2013, Head of Offshoring at Swissquote Bank Ltd from 2013 to 2015, and Head of Software Engineering at Swissquote Bank Ltd from 2015 to 2020. He was Information Platform Manager and Chief Architect at Swissquote Bank Ltd from 2007 to 2010, Senior Developer at Swissquote Bank Ltd from 2003 to 2007, and Senior Application Developer, CQS Sarl from 2000 to 2002. He held various roles in different companies between 1996 and 2000.
