Mr. Timothy C. McQuay serves as the Chairman of the company. Mr. McQuay has nearly 40 years of financial advisory experience. Prior to this, he held several roles including the Managing Director of Investment Banking at Noble Financial Capital Markets from 2011 to 2015; the Managing Director of Investment Banking at B. Riley & Co from 2008 to 2011; Managing Director of Investment Banking at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc from 1997 to 2007; Partner and Managing Director of Corporate Finance at Crowell, Weedon & Co from 1995 to 1997. Mr. McQuay also served as the Vice President-Corporate Development at Kerr Group Inc from 1993 to 1994 and the Managing Director of Merchant Banking with Union Bank from 1990 to 1993.

Mr. Majdi B. Abulaban has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Group President of Global Signal and Power Solutions Segment and Senior Vice President at Aptiv PLC. Previously, Mr. Abulaban served as the Group President of Electronic Architecture and Global Electrical segment, President and the Senior Vice President at Aptiv Asia Pacific.

Mr. C. Timothy Trenary has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. Mr. Trenary had served in several Chief Financial Officer roles including ProBuild Holdings, LLC, EMCON Technologies Holdings Limited, and DURA Automotive Systems, Inc.

Mr. David Sherbin has been the Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel, Seceratry and Senior Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary at Aptiv PLC, Pulte Homes, Federal Mogul Corporation and Delphi Automotive. Previously, Mr. Sherbin also served as the Director of Nano Magic. Earlier, he also served as an Associate at Katten Muchin & Rosenman, and as Senior Counsel at Heller Financial.

Mr. Kevin Burke has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Human Resources at Superior from Valeo North America in March 2018. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Lear Corporation from 2015 to 2017. Earlier, Mr. Burke also served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for ITC Holdings from 2013 to 2015. He also held various leadership positions with Pulte Homes, General Mills, and Dow Corning Corporation.
