Mr. Anthony Leeming has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2017 and is its Director since 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. He joined the company in 1999 as the Group Financial Manager. Previously, he served as a Director at Sun International Management Limited (SIML).

Mr. Norman Basthdaw has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director on the board since March 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Norman was the Group Executive of Mergers and Acquisitions at Sun International since March 2013. He also worked as Senior Corporate Finance and Finance Positions at, among others, Absa Bank Limited, Gensec Bank Limited (a subsidiary of Sanlam), Genbel Securities Limited and Allied Electronics Corporation Limited. He has also Been Instrumental in Sun International’s expansion into Latin America.

Mr.Graham Wood has been the Chief Operating Officer of Resorts & Hotels of the company since March 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director for Valor Hospitality Partners Africa. Previously, he also served as the Group Managing Director of Hotels at the Tsogo Sun Group for 5 years.

Mr. Sam Sithole is the Chairman of the company since June 2018. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer and C0-founder of Value Capital Partners Pty Limited (‘VCP’). Prior to this, he served as the Executive Director – Capital & Treasury and the Financial Director of the Brait Group. Previously, he also worked at Deloitte.
