Mr. Howard L. Lance has been the Chairman of the company since February 2013. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Maxar Technologies Inc. from 2016 to 2019. From 2003 to 2011, Mr. Lance served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Harris Corporation. He also served at The Blackstone Group L.P.

Ms. Anne Noonan has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2020. Previously, she served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at OMNOVA Solutions Inc. from November 2016 to January 2020. Ms. Noonan served as the President of Performance Chemicals at OMNOVA from 2014 to 2016.

Mr. Scott Anderson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since March 2023. Prior to this, he served as a President of the Central Region from 2020 to 2023 and President of Kansas Operations from 2018 to 2020. Previously he served in leadership roles at Hamm Inc and Silver Lake Bank.

Mr. Marshall Moore has been the Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since January 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief Technology Officer and President, Americas at Synthomer. Prior to that, Mr. Moore served as the Senior Vice President of operations and Chief Technology Officer at OMNOVA Solutions. He also served at Borden Chemicals, GE Plastics, and Chemtura.

Mr. Christopher B Gaskill has been the Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary of the company. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of the company. Prior to that, Mr. Gaskill served in senior legal roles at The Western Union Company and Cardinal Health, Inc. He also served at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, LLP in New York City.
