Mr. Nakamura has been the Chairman of the company since June 2023. Prior to this Chief Executive Officer, Director, and President at Subaru since 2018. He served as Executive Vice President of the company from 2018 to 2016. Prior to this, he serves as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Subaru of America Inc, Chief General Manager and Subaru Overseas Sales & Marketing Division.

Mr. Atsushi Osaki has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since June 2023. Previously, he served as the Director and Executive Vice President of the company from 2021 to April 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Director, Executive Vice President and Chief General Manager of Subaru manufacturing Division from 2020 to 2021. Mr. Osaki also various leadership positions in the company including, Chief General Manager, Chief Quality Officer, Director, Vice President and Senior General Manager from 2007 to 2020. Earlier, he joined the company in 1988.

Mr. Katsuyuki Mizuma has been the Executive Vice President, Director, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Management Officer, since 2021. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President, Chief General Manager of Overseas Sales and Marketing Division from 2017 to 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief General Manager of the company from 2016 to 2017. Mr. Mizuma held various leadership positions in the company including Managing Executive Officer, Executive Officer, General Manager and Senior Manager from 2002 to 2016. Earlier, he joined the company in 1984.

Mr. Tetsuo Fujinuki has been the Director and Senior Vice President of the company since June 2023 and he serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Subaru since 2020. Previously, He also served as Chief General Manager-Engineering Management Division and Technical Research Center, Senior Vice President at Subaru from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior General Manager of Engineering Division from 2018 to 2019.
