Mr. Jarle Roth has been the Chairman of the company since 2024.

Mr. Martin Skancke has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2024.

Mr. Odd Arild Grefstad has been the Group Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director of Storbrand Life Insurance from 2011 to 2012. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Group Legal at the company from 2002 to 2011, Head of Business Control of Storebrand ASA from 1998 to 2002 and Group Controller of Life Insurance, Storebrand ASA from 1997 to 1998. Earlier, he served as the Vice President, Internal Audit of Storebrand ASA from 1994 to 1997. He also served as an External Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co from 1989 to 1994.

Mr. Lars Aa. Loddesol is the Group Chief Financial Officer of Storebrand. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President for the company’s Norwegian life and pensions operations from 2004 to 2011. He served as an Executive Vice President and Director of Finance of the company from 2001 to 2004. Previously, he served as the Vice President and Relationship Manager of Citibank International plc from 1994 to 2001. He also served as an Assistant Treasurer of Scandinavian Airlines Systems from 1990 to 1994.

Ms. Heidi Skaaret is an Executive Vice President, Retail of the company. Prior to this, she served as an Executive Vice President Region Scandinavia, and the Chief Executive Officer of Lindorff AS, Norway from 2008 to 2012. She was the Chief Executive Officer of IKANO Finans ASA from 2001 to 2008 and held leading positions in Den norske Bank ASA from 1987 to 2000. She also served as a Financial Services Officer of Bank of America, San Francisco, USA from 1986 to 1987 and sales secretary of Nord-Video (Aftenposten, Gyldendal, Mortensen) from 1981 to 1983.
