Mr. Nicolas Dufourcq has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. He also serves as the Director of Stellantis. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the company from 2017 to 2020. Previously, he served as the member of the supervisory board of the company since 2015. Mr. also worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Bpifrance and Chief Financial Officer of the company. Earlier, he worked in France Telecom, and Cap Gemini Group. He started his career at the French Ministry of Finance.

Mr. Jean-Marc Chery has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2018. He also serves as Director of Legrand and Chairman of the France, Malaysia Business Council at Medef International. Prior to this, he served as the President of the European microelectronics R&D program AENEAS and European Semiconductor Industry Association (ESIA) from 2019 to 2021; and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2017 to 2018. Previously, he held various management positions in product planning and manufacturing at Thomson Semiconducteurs including Head of Front-End Manufacturing operations in Asia Pacific, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Chery started his career at Matra.

Mr. Lorenzo Grandi has been the President of Finance, Purchasing, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Resilience and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Corporate Vice President of Corporate Control from 2012 to 2018. Previously, he worked as the Financial Analyst and Controller of the Memory Product Group. He joined the company in 1987 as a R&D process engineer.

Mr. Alessandro Cremonesi has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Innovation Officer and General Manager of System Research and Applications (SRA) Group at the company. He joined the company in 1984. Previously, he served in various managerial positions with strategic marketing and R&D responsibilities.

Mr. Steven Rose has been the President of Legal Counsel, and Public Affairs of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served under Senior Management posts of the company. Previously, he worked as the Senior Associate General Counsel of the Americas, Greater China, South Asia, Japan and Korea, Vice President, Secretary, General Counsel and Director of STMicroelectronics, Inc. He joined the company as Associate General Counsel in 1991. Mr. Rose started his career as a Corporate Attorney at Gardere & Wynne.
