Mr. Kotaro Sawada has been the Chief Executive Officer and President and Director of the company since September 2019. In March 2020, he served as Director of Digital Holdings Inc. Previously, he served as the Director of Colopl Inc. He also serves as the Director and General Manager of the Business Administration division of the company. From February 2006 to June 2008 he served as full time audit and supervisor board member of the company. Earlier, he served multiple companies including Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd, NTT Data Institute of Management Consulting, Inc., Fuji Bank, Ltd. (currently Mizuho Bank, Ltd).

Mr. Hirose Fuminori has been the Director and Chief Operation Officer of the company since June 2021. He also served the Executive Officer of the Category Promotion Division of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Officer and General Manager of the EC Business Division and MSP Product Development Division of the company. He was the Executive Officer and General Manager of the Business Administration Division of the company in 2019. He also served as the General Manager of the EC Business Division and Business Administration Division at Zozo. Prior to this, he served as General Manager of EC Business Division and Business administration divisionof the Company. From May 2007 to August 2010 he served as Head of Internal Audit Office of the Company. Earlier, he served Nikko Cordial Securities Inc. (currently SMBC Nikko Securities Inc) and The Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank Ltd. (currently Mizuho Bank, Ltd).

Ms. Christine Edman has been the Executive Officer of Sales Division, EC Promotion Division, and ZOZOVILLA of the company since 2021. She also serves as the Director of ZOZO NEXT, Inc since 2022. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of GIVENCHY Japan in June 2017. He also served as the President of H&M Japan, and Area manager of H&M Hong Kong in 2007.

Mr. Masahiro Ito has been the Executive Officer of the company since June 2022. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of Fulfilment division of the company in April 2014. He also served as the Vice President of System Department of Fulfilment division of the company in April 2011. Mr. Ito joined the company in 2008.
