Mr. Thomas Frinzi has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2023. He also serves as a Director at the company. Mr. Frinzi served as the Worldwide President of Surgical, Johnson and Johnson Vision business. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Abbott Laboratories and President of Abbott Medical Optics from January 2016 to February 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Frinzi served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of WaveTec Vision.

Mr. Patrick F. Williams has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the company since July 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Sientra, Inc. Previously, Mr. Williams also served with ZELTIQ Aesthetics, Inc and NuVasive, Inc. He also served as the Vice President in finance, strategy and investor relations position from 2007 to 2012 for NuVasive, Inc.

Mr. Warren Foust has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since March 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Worldwide President, Johnson & Johnson Vision, Surgical, since December 2019. Previously, he served as the Worldwide President at Mentor.

Mr. Keith Holliday has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2017. He joined the company as the Vice President of Research and Development at STAAR Surgical Company. He has over 20 years of experience in leading teams of scientists, engineers and clinicians. Mr. Holliday served as the Vice President of Research and Development at ReVision Optics. He was a Director of Laser Technology at Advanced Medical Optics (AMO) and Staff Laser Scientist at VISX.

Mr. Samuel J Gesten has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since 2014. He served as the Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary in 2012. Prior to his this, he served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Allerga from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Gesten served at Thermo Fisher Scientific for 11 years at various positions, including the General Counsel and an Assistant Secretary at the Laboratory Products Group, and the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel.
