Mr. Jack Dorsey has been the Chairman of the company since 2010. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Twitter, Inc. from May 2007 to October 2008. Mr. Dorsey also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Twitter from July 2015 until November 2021. He also served as on the board of directors of Twitter from May 2007 to May 2022.

Ms. Amrita Ahuja has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the company since February 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer at Blizzard Entertainment, a division of Activision Blizzard. She served in several positions at Activision Blizzard, Inc., including as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations from January 2015 to May 2018, Vice President, Finance and Operations from 2012 to 2015 and Vice President, Strategy and Business Development from 2010 to 2012. Ms. Ahuja currently serves as a director of Airbnb, Inc. and a privately held company.

Ms Chrysty Esperanza has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since February 2023. Prior to this, she served as the General Counsel since December 2021 and Assistant Corporate Secretary since June 2021. She served as the company’s Deputy General Counsel from April 2020 to December 2021 and Counsel Lead from October 2013 to April 2020.
