Mr. Edward M. Christie has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of Spirit Airlines since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the President of the company. Earlier, he served as the President and Chief Financial Officer of the company. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company in 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Christie served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2012 to 2016. Before this role, he served as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and Corporate Real Estate of the company from 2017 to 2018. Earlier, Mr. Haralson served as the Director of Finance for Dish Network from 2010 to 2012 and the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Frontier Airlines from 2009 to 2010. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Guardian Gaming from 2008 to 2009 and Chief Financial Officer of Swift Aviation from 2006 to 2008. Previously, he served in various roles at America West and US Airways from 2000 to 2006.

Mr. John Bendoraitis has been the Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of the company from 2013 to 2017. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Frontier Airlines from 2012 to 2013, President of Comair Airlines from 2008 to 2012, and President of Compass Airlines from 2006 to 2008.

Mr. Rocky B. Wiggins has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Officer and an Executive Vice President of WestJet Airlines from 2014 to 2016. Previously, he served as the Chief Information Officer of Sun Country Airlines from 2011 to 2014. He also served as the Chief Information Officer of AirTran Airways from 2000 to 2011.
