Mr. Robert D. Johnson has been the Chairman of the company since 2006. He alsos eerves as a Director of Spirit Airlines, Inc and Roper Technologies, Inc. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Aerospace Enterprise Ltd. from 2006 to 2008, Chairman of Honeywell Aerospace from 2005 to 2006, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Honeywell Aerospace from 1999 to 2005. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of AlliedSignal Aerospace from 1997 to 1999. He also served as the Vice President and General Manager of Aerospace Services. Earlier, he served as the Vice President and General Manager of Manufacturing and Services for AAR Corporation. Mr. Johnson was President and Chief Executive Officer of AlliedSignal Electronic & Avionics Systems.

Mr. Patrick M. Shanahan has been the interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since October 2023. He also serves as a Director of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations from 2016 to 2017, and Commercial Airplane Programs from 2008 to 2016 at The Boeing Company. Prior to this, he also held several positions including Vice President and General Manager of the 787 Dreamliner, Vice President and General Manager of Boeing Missile Defense Systems, and Vice President and General Manager of Boeing Rotorcraft Systems at The Boeing Company from 1986 to 2007.

Mr. Mark J. Suchinski has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Quality from 2019 to 2020, Vice President, Boeing 787 Program, from February 2018 to August 2019 at Spirit. Earlier, he served as the Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of the company from 2014 to 2018. He also worked as the Vice President, Treasurer and Financial Planning from 2013 to 2014, Vice President of Finance and Treasurer from 2012 to 2013, and Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Corporate Contracts from 2010 to 2012 at the company. Mr. Suchinski previously served as the Controller of Fuselage Segment from 2009 to 2010, and Controller of Aerostructures Segment from 2006 to 2009. Prior to joining Spirit, he worked with Home Products International, and served as the Corporate Controller from 2000 to 2004 and Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer from 2004 to 2006.

Mr. Sean Black has been the Chief Technology Officer, Senior Vice President and Chief Engineer of Engineering and Research & Development at the company since 2022. Previously, he held various leadership positions such as Vice President of Commercial Engineering from January 2021 through May 2022, and as the Vice President of Research and Development from September 2016 to January 2021. He joined the company in 2016. Mr. Black started his career as a Research Engineer at BAE SYSTEMS Advanced Technology Centre and then as Engineering Manager of Aerostructures business unit at BAE SYSTEMS.

Mr. Young has been the Senior Vice President of Fabrication and Chief Procurement Officer of the company since January 2023. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Fabrication from 2020 to 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Operations from 2016 to 2020, Vice President from 2013 to 2016 at the company. He joined the company in 2013. Earlier, he held several leadership positions including Vice President, Learjet Operations at Bombardier.
