Mr. Rob L. Jones has been the Chairman of the company since January 2024. He also served a director of the company since 2016. Previously, Mr. Jones served as co-head of Bank of America Merrill Lynch Commodities, Inc. (MLC) from 2007 to March 2012.

Mr. Steven L. Lindsey is Suzathe President and Chief Executive Officer, Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from January 2020 to 2023. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Spire’s Distribution Operations. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Spire Missouri and the Chief Executive Officer of Spire Alabama. Earlier, he served as the Senior Vice President of southern operations for AGL Resources and President of Atlanta Gas Light, Chattanooga Gas, and Florida City Gas.

Mr. Steven P. Rasche is the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Spire. Prior to joining the company, he served as Chief Financial Officer of TLC Vision Corporation. He had 30 years of financial management and executive leadership experience from TLC. Prior to that, Mr. Rasche served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Public Safety Equipment, Inc. He also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Spire Missouri and Spire Alabama.

Mr. Matt Aplington is the Chief Legal Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Vice President, General Counsel of the company. Mr. Aplington joined Spire as the Director of Litigation in 2016.

Mr.Michael Geiselhart has been the Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer f the company. He is responsible for human resources, business process improvement and supply chain.
