Mr. Justin Ash has been the Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director of SHG since October 2017. He also serves on the Non-Executive Chairman of The New World Trading Company Co and as the Chair of Independent Healthcare Providers Network. He previously served as the chief executive of Oasis Dental Care between 2008 and 2017.

Mr. Jitesh Sodha has been the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director of SHG since October 2018. Most recently he seved as the Chief Financial Officer of De La Rue plc. Mr. Sodha was previously the Chief Financial Officer of Greenergy International, Mobilestreams Plc.

Mr. John Forrest has been the Chief Operating Officer of SHG since October 2018. He served as a leading operator in the hospitality and retail industries. He became the Managing Director for Greene King Pub Partners Business. Mr. John served as the COO of Greene King in 2015. He served at Whitbread as the Head of New Openings in 2007 and was promoted as its COO in 2011. Mr. John began his career at Marks and Spencer, before moving to the Body Shop and then the Co-Operative Group.

Mr. Peter Corfield has been the Chief Commercial Officer of SHG since January 2018. He joined the organization in October 2015 as Group Commercial Director. Prior to joining SHG, he held several senior executive and board roles, most recently as the Managing Director of Ageas Retail Direct. Prior to this role, Mr. Peter served for both Zurich Financial Services Group and Royal Bank of Scotland in various roles that covered Middle East, Japan, and Europe.

Mr. Ian Cheshire has been Non-Executive Chairman of SHG since March 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Barclays Bank UK till December 2020. He also served as Group Chief Executive of Kingfisher and Senior Independent Director of Whitbread.
