Mr. Michelangelo Volpi has been the Chairman of the company since November 2010. Previously, he served as a Director of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V., from 2017 to 2021, Zuora, Inc., from 2011 to 2020, Hortonworks, Inc., from 2011 to 2019, Pure Storage, Inc., from 2014 to 2018, and Exor N.V., from 2012 to 2018. Prior to this, he served as a General Partner of Index Ventures from 2009 to 2010. Mr. Volpi also serves as a Director of Elastic N.V., Aurora Innovation, Inc., Tishman Speyer Innovation Corp. II, and Confluent, Inc.

Mr. Patrick Spence has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since January 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Commercial Officer of the company. Earlier, he oversaw sales channels and country marketing operations in various regions including North America, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa at RIM/BlackBerry. He also served as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at RIM/BlackBerry.

Mr. Edward Lazarus has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since November 2022. Prior to this, he also served as a Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of the company since January 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Tribune Media Company. Mr. Lazarus served as a independent consultant and attorney of Federal Communications Commission from 2012 to 2013 and as the Chief of Staff from 2009 to 2012. Prior to this, he served as lawyer at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.

Ms. Anna Fraser has been the Chief People Officer of the company since January 2017. Earlier, she served as the Chief of Staff for People Operations and a Director of Google Inc from 2007 to 2017.

Ms. Shamayne Braman has been the Chief People Officer of the company since September 2022. Prior to this, she served the company as the Chief Diversity Equity and Inclusion Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Senior manager and Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Target Corporation.
