Mr. William L. Young has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Magna International Corporation from 2012 to 2022. He also serves as a Director at Intact Financial, and the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR). Earlier, Mr. Young served as the Chairman of Queen’s University Board of Trustees and has been Chairman of Emeritus since 2012.

Mr. Ian L. Edwards has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. He also serves as a Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. He served as the President of the company’s Infrastructure segment from 2015 to 2018. Mr. Edwards held leadership roles at Leighton Group, including the Managing Director of Leighton Asia, India, and Offshore.

Mr. Jeff Bell has been the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Centrica Plc. He also served as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, Head of Group Strategy, the Director of Corporate Finance, and Group Financial Controller at Centrica Plc. Mr. Bell also worked at The Boston Consulting Group and KPMG in Canada.

Mr. Phillip Hoare has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as the President of Engineering Services, United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East, India and Canada at the company. Mr. Hoare also served as the President of EPDM Sector at the company, and the Chief Executive Officer of United Kingdom and Europe Region.
