Mr. Jeffrey C. Lim serves as the President and a Director of the company since 2016. He also serves in various executive positions in the company’s subsidiaries. He joined the company in 1994. Previously, he served at a multi-national company and SGV & Co.

Mr. Amando M. Tetangco, Jr. has been the Vice-Chairman and a Director of the company since 2021. Currently, he serves as a Director of Belle Corporation, Converge ICT Solutions, Inc. and Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation. Previously, he served as the Alternate Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C. from 1992 to 1994. Earlier, he also served as the Deputy Governor in-charge of the Banking Services Sector, Economic Research and Treasury of the BSP. Prior to this, he served as the Governor of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Chairperson of the Monetary Board from 2005 to 2017. He served as the Agriculture Credit Policy Council, and a member of the Capital Markets Development Council and the Export Development Council.

Mr. Henry Sy Jr. has been the Chairman of the company since 2014. Currently, he serves as the Vice Chairman of SM Investments Corporation (SMIC), Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SM Development Corporation. He also serves as the Chairman of Pico de Loro Beach and Country Club Inc, Vice Chairman of The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines, and Chairman of Synergy Grid & Development Phils., Inc.
