Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer at Hilton Worldwide Holdings from 2017 to 2020. Previously, he worked as a President of Retail and Direct Banking at Capital One Financial Corporation from 2012 to 2017. Earlier, he served as the President of Retail and Small Business Banking division at Capital One Financial Corporation from 2011 to 2012. Mr. Witter also worked as the Chief Operating Officer of Retail Banking Group and President at Morgan Stanley Private Bank from 2009 to 2010.

Mr. Pete Graham has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer for PRA Group. Previously he served as a Chief Financial Officer for GE Commercial Distribution Finance and GE Capital Markets.

Mr. William Wolf is an Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Santander US and worked as global head of talent acquisition and development at Credit Suisse. Prior to Credit Suisse, he worked as a partner at McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Munish Pahwa has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President at Bank of America.
