Mr. Andrew F Walters has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Business Planning at Connecticut Water Mr. Walters served as the Chief Corporate Development Officer at the company. Mr. Walters served as the Chief Administrative Officer at the company. He also served as the Managing Director and a senior acquisitions officer in the Infrastructure Investments Group of JP Morgan Asset Management from 2009 to 2013. Currently, he served as the Vice President of Business Planning of Connecticut Water Service, Inc.

Mr. Bruce A. Hauk has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2023. Earlier, he served as the Chief Corporate Development and Strategy Officer of the company. Previously, he served as president of NextEra Water. Previously, he also served in many leadership roles at American Water.

Mr. Kristen A Johnson has been the Chief Administrative Officer of the company since 2019. He also serves as Senior Vice President of the company since 2022. He served as the Senior Vice President of Administration at Connecticut Water. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources and the Vice President and Corporate Secretary of CTWS .
