Mr. Lee Theng Kiat has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of STT Communications Ltd and Singapore Technologies Telemedia Pte Ltd and held various senior level positions in the Singapore Technologies Group. He served as Executive Director of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited and the Chairman of Temasek International Pte. Ltd.

Mr. Yuen Kuan Moon has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Consumer Singapore from 2012 to 2020. He joined the company in 1993 and held several leadership roles in Marketing, Business Development and Sales. He served as the Group Chief Digital Officer of the company from 2018 to 2020. He also serves on the Board of Commissioners in Telkomsel, as a board member of GSMA, SkillsFuture Singapore and Singapore Institute of Management. Mr. Moon is also a member of Singapore’s Ministry of Communications and Information’s Digital Readiness Council and the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s Payments Council.

Mr. Arthur Lang has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of International at the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of CapitaLand, Chief Operating Officer of the Asia Pacific investment banking division and Co-head of the Southeast Asia investment banking division at Morgan Stanley. He also serves as a board member of Bharti Airtel, Intouch Holdings, Globe Telecom, the Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund.

Mr. William Woo has been the Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director of Enterprise Data and Managed Services (EDMS) and Managing Director of Cyber Security at Group Enterprise. Previously, Mr. Woo served as Managing Director for the Southeast Asia region at Xchanging PLC. He joined Singtel in May 2011. Prior to this, he held various Senior Management roles at EDS including as the Managing Director of Southeast Asia & India and Vice President, Global Service Delivery of Asia. He started his career with the National Computer Board.

Mr. Pei Yuen Wong has been the Chief Information Security Officer and Vice President Group Cyber Resilience of the company since December 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Technology Officer, IBM Security ASEANZK. Previously he served various roles at Monetary Authority of Singapore.
