Mr. Marcus C Rowland has been the Chairman of the company since 2016. He is the Founder and serves as the Senior Managing Director of IOG Capital, LP since 2014. Prior to this, Mr. Rowland served as the Chief Executive Officer at FTS International, Inc. from May 2011 through November 2012, and as the President and Chief Financial Officer of Frac Tech Services, LLC and Frac Tech International, LLC from November 2010 to May 2011. He also served at Chesapeake Energy Corporation, Anglo-Suisse, LP, Mitcham Industries, Inc. and Chesapeake Midstream Partners.

Mr. Sean Woolverton has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Samson Resources Company. Mr. Woolverton holds a responsibility at Chesapeake Energy Corporation and Vice President of Southern Appalachia business unit. He served for Encana Corporation, a North American oil and natural gas producer and worked for Burlington Resources at various responsibilities.

Mr. Christopher M. Abundis has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of the company. He also leads the company's Investor Relations, Legal, Accounting, Financial Reporting, Finance, Corporate Services, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Records functions.

Mr. Steven W Adam has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Sanchez Oil and Gas from May 2013 until July 2017, including Vice President of Operations—Eagle Ford.
