Mr. Masahiko Uotani has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023 and Executive Officer since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Marketing Advisor of the Company from 2013 to 2014. Previously, Mr. Uotani worked as the Director of Citibank Japan Ltd from 2012 to 2013, and Director of ASKUL Corp from 2011 to 2012. He also worked as the Chief Executive Partner and Director of BrandVision Inc from 2007 to 2011. Earlier, he served as the Chairman, Director and President from 2001 to 2007, Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Coca-Cola (Japan) Co., Ltd from 1994 to 2001. Mr. Uotani also served as the Director and Vice President of Kraft Japan Ltd (currently Mondelez Japan Ltd) from 1991 to 1994, Manager of Citibank from 1988 to 1991, held several positions at Lion Dentifrice Co., Ltd from 1977 to 1988.

Mr. Takayuki Yokota has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as a Director and Chief Financial Officer of Shiseido Japan Co Ltd; the Vice President of Financial Accounting at the company; the Vice President of Global Headquarters Finance of the Company; the Vice President of Finance, Global Hair Care Category at Unilever PLC; and a Director and Vice President of Finance, Japan and Korea at Unilever Japan Holdings KK. Mr. Yokota also served as the Director of Finance, Global Marketing Operations at Unilever Asia Private Ltd.

Mr. Kentaro Fujiwara has been the Chief Operating Officer, President and Director of the company since 2023 and Executive Officer since 2021. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer of China. Prior to that, he also served as the Corporate Officer of China Region.

Mr. Yoshiaki Okabe serves as the Senior Executive Officer, Chief Innovation Officer, and Chief Brand Innovation Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Brand Innovation Officer and Senior Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Brand Innovation Officer, Member of Global Risk Management & Compliance Committee of the company.

Ms. Kanoko Oishi has been the Director of the company since 2016. Prior to this, she served as the Director of Ezaki Glico Co., Ltd, Suruga Bank Ltd, External Board Member of Santen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd from 2015 to 2016. Previously, Ms. Oishi worked as the Director of ASKUL Corp from 2002 to 2010 and Director of Astellas Pharma Inc from 2010 to 2015. She also served as the Chief Executive Officer of MEDIVA Inc and Seinan MEDIVA Co, Ltd from 2000 to 2001.
