Mr. John Callender has been the Chairman of the group since March 2018. He is also serving as the Chairman at ANZ Bank (Europe) Limited and Director at FCE Bank. Prior to this, he served as a Director at Aldermore Group plc and Mobility Operations Group plc.

Mr. Marcelino Castrillo has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the group since June 2021. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director of Customer Engagement and Distribution at NatWest Group. Previously, he held various senior roles at RBS and Santander. He started his career at The Boston Consulting Group.

Mr. Dylan Minto has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since February 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of Shawbrook Group PLC in June 2016. Previously, he served at KPMG for 11 years in the Financial Services in advising UK and European Banks.

Mr. Russ Thornton has been the Chief Technology Officer of the group since November 2018. Prior to this, he worked at WorldRemit as Chief Technology Officer. Previously, he served as Interim Chief Digital Officer at Aegon UK, Director of IT Strategy for Legal & General, and Chief Technology Officer at Cofunds.

Mr. Hugh Fitzpatrick has been the Chief Risk Officer of the group. Prior to joining the group, he held various Credit and Risk roles at GE Capital. He also served as the Chief Risk Officer of GE Capital UK, Chief Risk Officer for the Factoring and ABL Platforms in Europe, Chief Credit Officer of GE Capital UK and the Head of Enterprise Risk.
