Mr. Xu Zheng is the Chairman of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the President and a Director of the company. He also served as the Vice President of Shanghai Industry and Commerce Union, Shanghai Quality Management Association and Shanghai Enterprise Overseas Development Union.

Mr. Chen Xiaoming serves as the Chief Engineer Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Engineer and Vice President of Shanghai Machinery Construction Group Co Ltd. He served as the Deputy Chief Engineer of Shanghai Construction Engineering Group Co Ltd.

Mr. Xue Yongshen has been the Vice President, a Director of Risk Control and Chief Economic Manager of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the General Manager and Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of Shanghai first Construction Co., Ltd. He also served as the chairman of Shanghai Construction Engineering No. 1 Construction (Group) Co., Ltd.

Mr. Yin Keding has been the Chief Accountant of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Chief Accountant of the Southern Branch at Shanghai Construction (Group) Corporation and the Chief Accountant of Shanghai Second Construction Co Ltd. He served as the Deputy Chief Accountant of the company. Earlier, he served as the General Manager of Asset and Finance Department, Supervisor at Orient Securities Co Ltd, Director at Shanghai Pudong Bank of China Fullerton Rural Bank Co Ltd.

Mr. Xu Haifeng serves as the General Counsel of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy General Counsel, Deputy Director of the Legal Department, and Deputy General Manager of the President Affairs Department of Shanghai Construction Engineering Group Co Ltd. He also served as the General Counsel, General Manager of the Enterprise Management Department, Director of the Legal Department, General Manager of the Second Audit Department, Director of Ningbo Center Building Construction and Development Co., Ltd.
