Mr. Thomas Oetterli has been the Chairman of the company since April 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Schindler Group from 2016 to 2022. Previously, he served as the Head of various divisions in Schindler Group, China from 2013 to 2016, Europe North & East from 2010 to 2013, Switzerland from 2006 to 2009. He also was a member of Executive Management Committee from 2010 to 2022.

Mr. Jens Breu has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2014 to 2015. Previously, he served as the Head of Industrial division of the company from 2012 to 2013. Earlier, he served a Technical Director of SFS intec from 2008 to 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of manufacturing at SFS intec Inc (USA) from 2000 to 2008. Prior to this, he served as a Tool Engineer of the company. Currently, he serves as the Head of Engineered Components segment; Head of Segment Fastening Systems at the company since 2014; and Head of Segment Distribution & Logistics since 2022.

Mr. Volker Dostmann has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Kistler Instruments Ltd from 2018 to 2020. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Surface Solutions OC Oerlikon from 2010 to 2017.

Ms. Susanne Jung has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Head of Human Resources, Executive and Managing Director of Plansee Group from 2020 to 2022; Head of Human Resources, and Group Vice President of SCHLENK from 2013 to 2019; Head of Talent Acquisition and Corporate HR Director of OSRAM from 2006 to 2013; and Founder and shareholder of Faircoach GmbH.
