Mr. Andrew C. Teich has been the Chairman of the Board of the company since 2019. He also has been a Director of the Company since 2014. Mr. Teich retired as the President and Chief Executive Officer of FLIR Systems Inc in 2017. He joined FLIR Systems Inc as the Senior Vice President, Marketing in 1999, and held various positions including President of Commercial Systems and President of Commercial Vision Systems. Prior to this, Mr. Teich held various positions including Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Inframetrics Inc. He served on the Board of Directors at FLIR System Inc from 2013 to 2017. In 2018, Mr. Teich joined the Board of Directors at Resideo Technologies and currently serves as Resideo's lead independent director, Chair of the Innovation and Technology Committee and member of the Finance Committee, Compensation Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee.

Ms. Martha Sullivan has been the Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2024. She also served as Director of the company. Previously, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2013 to 2020.

Mr. Brian Roberts has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 20223. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Executive Officer of Tarveda Therapeutics. Previously he served as a Chief Financial Officer at Insulet Corporation and Digitas, Inc.

Mr. George Verras has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the company, since 2022. Previously, he served as the Vice President and General Manager of Heavy Vehicle and Off-Road from 2015 to 2019. Prior to this, he served in various roles including as a Senior Director and Integration Manager of HVOR from 2014 to 2015; Director of Design Engineering and Product Management from 2013 to 2014; and as a Director of Operations in 2013 at Texas Instruments.

Ms. Lynne Caljouw serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company, since 2020. Previously, she served as the Vice President, Human Resources supporting the Automotive, CTO, HVOR & Control Solutions businesses from 2016 to 2020. Ms. Caljouw also served as a Senior Director of Human Resources supporting the Sensors business from 2014 to 2016.
