Mr. Wong Kim Yin has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Sembcorp since July 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Singapore Power (SP Group). Previously, he served as the Senior Managing Director of Investments at Temasek International; and served senior roles at The AES Corp. Currently, Mr. Yin serves as the Chairman of SkillsFuture Singapore; and Director of China Venture Capital Fund Corporation, DSO National Laboratories and the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore.

Mr. Eugene Cheng has been the Chief Financial Officer of Sembcorp since 2021. Prior to this role, he served as the Chief Corporate Officer of SATS Ltd and group Chief Corporate Officer of IMC Industrial Group.

Mr. Robert Chong has been the Chief Corporate and Human Resource Officer of Sembcorp since 2020. Prior to this, he served in various senior roles at various global companies such as the Shangri-La Group, Keppel Corporation, Temasek International and Shell (Asia Pacific & Middle East).

Mr. Charles Koh has been the Chief Digital Officer of Sembcorp since 2021. Prior to this, he held various senior roles across the energy, financial, hospitality, logistics and consulting sectors in companies such as Temasek Holdings, McKinsey & Company and PepsiCo.

Mr. Tow Heng Tan has been the Chairman of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chairman of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Investment Officer of Temasek International, Senior Director of DBS Vickers and Managing Director of Lum Chang Securities. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Pavilion Capital International.
