Mr. Hajime Satomi has been the Chairman of the company since April 2021. He also serves as the Chairman of the Sega Corporation and Chief Advisor of Phoenix Resort Co., Ltd. Previously, he served as the Chairman, Chief Executive officer, President, and the Chief Operating officer of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Satomi served as the Chairman and Chief Executive officer of Sammy Corporation and SEGA Holdings Co Ltd.

Mr. Haruki Satomi has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since April 2021. He also serves as the Chairman of Phoenix Resort Co Ltd and TMS Entertainment Co., Ltd; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SEGA Holdings Co Ltd and SEGA Games Co Ltd; and the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sammy Corporation. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President of the company, a Director of Sega Europe Ltd and Sega of America Inc, and the President and Chief Executive Officer of SEGA Games Co Ltd. Prior to this, Mr. Satomi also served as a Director of Sanrio Company Ltd and the Senior Vice President of Sammy Corp.

Mr. Koichi Fukazawa has been the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Executive Vice President and a Director of the company since June 2020. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and a Director of the company. Before this, Mr. Fukazawa served as the Senior Executive Vice President of Sega Toys Co Ltd; President of Segasammy Visual Entertainment Inc (now Marza Animation Planet Inc); and the Managing Director of New Business Division and Senior Vice President of Sega Corporation (now Sega Games Co Ltd). Prior to this, he served as the in charge of Corporate Strategy and External Affairs and Senior Executive Officer of Sega Sammy. Previously, he also served as the Vice President, Executive Officer and the Managing Director of Chairman's and President's officer of the company.

Mr. Yukio Sugino has been the Senior Executive Vice President and Director of the company since June 2022. He also serves as the Senior Vice President and Director of Sega Toys Co., Ltd, and the Chairman of Atlus. Co., Ltd and Dartslive Co., Ltd. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Executive Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Director and Chairman of Sega of America Inc and Sega Europe Ltd.
