Mr. Scott Ross has been the Chairman of the company since July 2019. He has been its Director since November 2017. Mr. Ross is a Founder and Managing Partner of Hill Path Capital. Prior to this, he served as a Partner at Apollo Management. He also served as a member of the Principal Investment Area in Merchant Banking Division, and Principal Finance Group in the Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities Division of Goldman, Sachs & Company. Previously, he served at Shumway Capital Partners from August 2008 to September 2009.

Mr. Marc G. Swanson has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company from April 2020 to April 2021. Previously, he served in various senior positions at the company including Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from August 2017 to 2020, Interim Chief Executive Officer from September 2019 to November 2019, and Chief Accounting Officer, Interim Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Vice President of Performance Management and Corporate Controller from 2011 to 2012. He also served as the Corporate Controller of Busch Entertainment Corporation from 2008 to 2011 and Vice President of Finance at Sesame Place from 2004 to 2008.

Ms. Shekufeh Boyle has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Corporate Controller and Vice President of Accounting of the company. She also served as the Corporate Controller and Director of Corporate and Technical Accounting at the company. Prior to joining the company, she worked in public accounting at McDirmit Davis & Co LLC.

Mr. Anthony Taylor has been the Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of the company since 2010. Prior to this, he led the company’s Corporate Affairs group from March 2013 to November 2015. Previously, Mr. Taylor served as an Associate General Counsel of Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc. from 2000 to 2010. He also served as Principal at Blumenfeld Kaplan in St. Louis from 1993 to 2000.

Mr. Christopher Finazzo has been the Chief Commercial Officer of the company since January 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Consultant at the company from August 2021 to December 2021. Previously, he served in various senior positions at Burger King Corporation, including President of Americas from December 2017 to July 2021, Head of Marketing, North America from January 2017 to December 2017, and Head of Development from January 2016 to January 2017. Earlier, he served in the strategy team at Macy’s.
